I want you to be happy with your purchase. However, Matthew Syverson Quilt Company maintains a no return policy unless an item was sent in error or was damaged upon arrival. PDF Download items are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations. Refunds or exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis and decided on by the seller, Matthew Syverson Quilt Company.
Matthew Syverson Quilt Company has a 30-day return policy on defective items. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. If there are any problems with your order, contact Matthew Syverson Quilt Company immediately.

We intend to give you the highest quality patterns for quilting. However, patterns may require occasional updates. These updates may clarify instructions, correct an unnoticed error, or provide formatting changes to help with ease of quilt construction. These updates will be documented on our "Pattern Updates" page. If you catch something in a pattern that may require a revision, and you don't see it on the "Pattern Updates" page, please email us at hello@syversonquiltcompany.com.
All patterns are original designs created by Matthew Syverson or Matthew Syverson Quilt Company.
You may make copies of the patterns you purchased for personal use only – you may not make copies to share with friends, anyone else, or for any other purpose. You may make a quilt based on our designs for raffles, charity quilts, to exhibit or to sell at a craft fair. Please be sure to include information on the quilt crediting Matthew Syverson Quilt Company for the pattern. Do not make products based on patterns from Matthew Syverson or Matthew Syverson Quilt Company for mass production.
If you are using a pattern for teaching a class from Matthew Syverson or Matthew Syverson Quilt Company, each participant must purchase their own pattern. You may not make copies of the patterns for the students. If you are teaching a class, let us know.
